Okay now that that's out of the way let's touch on some current events:

1. Chris Brown picking up garbage on the side of the road in Richmond--although quite amusing, a not really what I think of as "breaking news."
2. President Obama calling Kanye West a jackass--He's a big boy, which means he can use big boy words. Yes, Kanye is a jackass. How dare you take that microphone away from that poor little girl? She earned that moment...JACKASS!
3. Joe Wilson and his outburst--It was ridiculous, but can we let it go?
4. I wish the Bills would have beat the Patriots the other night. At least the Giants beat the Redskins.
5. NRA endorses Bob McDonnell as their favorite gubernatorial candidate--Good for them...and Gander Mountain if he wins!
6. Yale student's body in wall--beyond disturbing. How could someone do something so horrid?
7. Shooting at a local Richmond high school this afternoon--Is it bad that I didn't react very strongly to this? Maybe we're becoming desensitized to this sort of thing?

Film class makes me wish Graduation was tomorrow.
